We are seeking a senior Salesforce Developer with strong Architecture skills and desire to implement them. We are looking for someone that is passionate about the Salesforce platform, application development and integrations.</span> </p> <p> <strong>What you will do:</strong> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Be part of an Agile scrum team</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Provide technical solution and design Salesforce processes to meet business requirements</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Design robust systems to collect critical business data</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Engage with business stakeholders to gather analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Create business process requirements and design documents; including system flow with integrated systems</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Assist with driving adoption and measuring SFDC usage</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Work cross teams on requirements, design solution and test custom developed solutions</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Work closely with the other application technical teams within the division to provide seamless integration and release cycles</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Maintain end-to-end view of system, make recommendations, and assist with developing roadmap</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Determine severity and impact of issues/changes on the business</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Keep abreast of new SFDC features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"> <span style="font-weight:400;">Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, notifications, approval processes, Lightning Process Builder, LWC and </span><span style="font-weight:400;">Lightning Flow</span> </li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Develop reports and dashboards</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security)</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Support training efforts with new material for end users on the Salesforce application. Work with training team to assist with training new and existing users on SFDC</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Manage Salesforce integrations like Conga, HelloSign etc.</span></li> </ul> <p> <strong>What we’re looking for</strong> <span style="font-weight:400;">:</span> </p> <ul> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">5+ years as Salesforce Developer and/or Architect</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Proficient in custom APEX, LWC, Lightning UI, Web Service and Visualforce components</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, and declarative customization</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Knowledge of Security and Sharing Best Practices</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Knowledge of Agile software development processes and best practices</span></li> <li style="font-weight:400;"><span style="font-weight:400;">Salesforce Certifications preferred</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation:</strong>$135,000 - $155,000 with 10% Bonus</p> <p> <strong>About Techstars</strong> </p> <p> <span style="font-weight:400;">The Techstars worldwide network helps entrepreneurs succeed.
